Labor Cost main contractor & MEPF work for apartment building 6 floors with PT slab and RC Frame include form setting, steel reinforcement and concreting, steel roofing, 1 underground water storage tank and pool

Works include:

• Foundation: ​Pile foundation Earthwork
• Reinforce Concrete Work: Pile cap, ground beam, ground slab GF, 1st Floor to 5th Floor column, roof beam and gutter and staircase
• PT Slab work: Shrinkage Reinforcement installation Formwork installation and removal for flat slab
• Steel Structure Work: Steel truss fabrication and erection for fibro-cement roofing
• M&E Work: Waste water pipe Clean water hot & cold piping Sanitary fixture 
• Electrical: Lighting, switch, socket, data, telephone, fire alarm, MATV system
